It is a lightweight, rigid plastic sheet made of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) using the Celuka extrusion process. The surface is then thermally pressed with various molds to create 3D textures (like wood grain or geometric patterns), making it ideal for decorative applications.

2. What are the primary applications?
It is widely used for kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors, wardrobe panels, interior wall cladding, partition walls, and high-end advertising displays.

3. Why use Embossed PVC instead of Plywood or MDF?
Unlike wood-based materials, PVC is 100% waterproof and termite-proof. It will not swell, rot, or delaminate in humid environments like bathrooms or coastal regions.

4. How many designs can I choose from?
Offer over 80 sets of molds, including natural wood grains, stone textures, and modern 3D geometric patterns. Custom mold development is also possible for large projects.

5. What are the standard sizes and thicknesses?
The standard size is 1220x2440mm (4'x8'). Common thicknesses for embossed panels range from 5mm to 18mm, depending on whether they are used for decorative cladding or structural cabinet doors.

6. Can I paint or laminate this board?
Yes. While the embossed surface is already decorative, it can also be painted or UV printed. For a smoother finish, you can choose a white substrate or a pre-colored board.

7. Is the embossing durable?
The texture is created through a thermal pressing process, meaning it is part of the board's surface structure. It won't peel off or lose its definition over time under normal indoor conditions.

8. How is the "Nail-holding strength"?
Our boards are designed with a high-density surface that ensures excellent screw-holding power. You can tighten screws repeatedly without them slipping or the material stripping.

11. Does it contain harmful chemicals like Lead or Formaldehyde?
High-quality boards are Lead-free and Formaldehyde-free, meeting international environmental standards such as REACH or RoHS. This makes them safe for homes and schools.

12. How do I clean and maintain the textured surface?
Because it is non-porous and waterproof, you can simply wipe it with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The embossed grooves do not easily trap permanent stains.

13. What tools are needed for fabrication?
No special equipment is required. You can use standard woodworking tools-circular saws for cutting, CNC routers for shaping, and standard drills for assembly.

14. Can it be used outdoors?
While it is waterproof, we recommend adding UV stabilizers if the board will be exposed to direct sunlight for long periods to prevent yellowing or becoming brittle.

15. What is the MOQ and packaging?
The typical MOQ is 100-200 sheets (one pallet). Panels are usually packed in plastic bags or pallets with edge protection to ensure the embossed surface remains scratch-free during transit.
